Goals and competencies

The goals of this Master's degree are in line with the stipulates of the Spanish Framework for Higher Education Qualifications (MECES) and ensure the achievement of the basic competencies required to obtain a master's degree, following article 3.3, Appendix I of R.D. 1393/2007.

Fulfilment of the goals means students have achieved competencies that must be consistent with the fundamental rights of equality between men and women, with the principles of equal opportunities and universal accessibility for the disabled, and with the values proper to a democratic and peace-loving culture.

Number of places for new students

Total places available: 30

Reserved places: 5% for students with a certified disability of 33% or more.

Specific admission conditions

Entry profile

- Graduates from the following degrees: Health Sciences (Nursing, Physiotherapy, Medicine, etc.), Social Sciences (Sociology, Social Work, etc.).
- Graduates from the Own Studies degree in Research in Social and Health Sciences, attended by a hundred students, each of them with a degree in Nursing, and extinguished in the academic year 2010-2011.

Selection criteria:

1. Assessment of curriculum vitae completed with a motivation letter: up to 4 points.
2. Application of a scoring scale that takes into consideration:
a. Title degree, taking into consideration average mark and ending year: up to 4 points.
b. Knowledege of languages: Official certificate of Level B1 (minimum) (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages): up to 2 points.
