Descripción: Contrato indefinido.

This position requires a 6 month internship period that can convert into a full time employment contract, depending on results.
We are now looking for three ambitious interns to join our Consortia Development team in Madrid.

Desired Background
You have a foundation in Science, Engineering, or a technical field. You speak the language of innovators.
You're building on that foundation with a Master¿s in Management, an MBA, or a similar degree (or you're a recent graduate).
You are at the start of your career (0-3 years of experience) and are a natural connector, excited by strategy and collaboration.
You are a fluent English storyteller (C1+), with the ability to write clearly, persuasively, and passionately.
You have the legal right to work in the EU.
Big plus: You have a head start with experience in innovation consulting or writing proposals for EU programs like Horizon Europe.
