- MS Office programs

- Availability for shift work

Full description

We are looking for a WMS / IT Technician to be part of an innovative logistics project with great development possibilities in Guadalajara.

Functions:
- Provide first line support to users of WMS and supporting systems
- Ensure that the users utilizes the system correctly
- Local system maintenance and configuration
- Create user documentation and training of users
- Create change requests
- Testing of new functionality
- Support development projects
- Support client implementations
- Support account management
